These Terms of Service govern your use of searchrefresh.com and any Search Refresh reviews, services, communications, or related offerings. By using the website, requesting a review, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Search Refresh provides reviews and improvements related to a business's public Google presence, website experience, reputation presentation, local search presence, and related digital information.

Services may include a free Search Presence Review as well as paid setup, improvement, management, monitoring, or recurring maintenance services.

Free Search Presence Reviews

A Search Presence Review is provided at no cost and does not obligate you to purchase any service.

Reviews are based primarily on publicly available information and information supplied by the business requesting the review. Findings represent Search Refresh's assessment at the time the review is performed and are intended to identify potential issues and opportunities.

A review is not a guarantee that any particular change will increase leads, calls, revenue, search rankings, website traffic, or other business results.

Paid Services

Before paid work begins, the applicable scope, price, and service terms will be presented to the client through the applicable onboarding, checkout, invoice, or service documentation.

Search Refresh is not required to perform work outside the agreed scope unless additional work is separately approved.

Recurring Services

Some Search Refresh services may be offered on a recurring monthly basis.

The scope and billing terms for recurring services will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges may be processed through our payment provider until the service is canceled in accordance with the applicable service or billing terms.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Search Refresh does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through Stripe.

Any applicable pricing, billing frequency, cancellation terms, or other payment conditions will be disclosed before a paid transaction is completed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the authority to request or approve changes to the business profiles, websites, accounts, or other digital properties involved in the service.

Clients are also responsible for providing any access, approvals, materials, or information reasonably required for Search Refresh to perform agreed services.

Third-Party Platforms

Search Refresh may work with or provide recommendations involving third-party platforms such as Google, website hosting providers, payment processors, form providers, or other online services.

Search Refresh does not control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, policies, algorithms, account decisions, technical changes, or service interruptions.

No Ranking or Performance Guarantees

Search Refresh does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, placement in Google results, increases in leads or sales, website traffic, revenue, review volume, or other performance outcomes.

Search visibility and business performance may be affected by many factors outside Search Refresh's control, including competitors, platform changes, customer behavior, market conditions, and the client's own business operations.

Intellectual Property

Search Refresh retains ownership of its general processes, templates, methods, systems, internal tools, and other reusable materials.

Clients retain ownership of their existing business names, trademarks, websites, content, accounts, and materials they provide to Search Refresh.

Ownership or usage rights for any custom deliverables created as part of a paid engagement may be further described in the applicable service terms or scope.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Search Refresh website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website or related systems.

Disclaimer

Search Refresh provides its website, reviews, recommendations, and services in good faith based on the information reasonably available at the time.

Except as expressly agreed in writing, services are provided without warranties of specific business, marketing, search, financial, or commercial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Search Refresh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the website, a Search Presence Review, third-party platforms, or Search Refresh services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Search Refresh may update these Terms as its services, operations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
